  Question: Newly registered enterprises have investors from foreign countries. Are there any requirements for the notarial certificate?

  Answer: The notarial certificate of companies with foreign investment include:

  1. Foreign Company Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Foreign Company Current Board of Directors 
  3. Foreign Company Stock Transfer Books 
  4. Foreign Company Certificate of Identity for a Legal Representative (If agreed by the board of directors, the company can assign one of them to be the legal representative)

  All the information above shall be notarized in the original country of a foreign-own company, and shall also be certified by China’s embassy in that country.
